PSY 108 Human Growth and Development

3 credits

Provides a lifespan perspective, from a scientific perspective, on the growth and development of humans. Focuses on stability and change in human development with respect to the biological, cognitive, and socioemotional domains. Major theoretical approaches to development that address both innate factors and environmental influences, as well as their interaction, are studied. A broad range of topics are covered that are relevant to the varying age groups and domains of development.
