LAW 325 Employment Law

3 credits, Fall or Spring (offered as needed)

Provides an overview of the law of the workplace. This course examines the impact on the employer-employee relationship and provides guidance within the environment of employment law. It also examines employment law as the crossroads of several legal disciplines: contract, tort, and agency, common law, regulatory, and statutory law, as well as social, economic, and political policy. Prerequisite(s): A grade of "C" or better in LAW 130
