LAW 325 Employment Law 3 credits, Fall or Spring Provides an overview of the law of the workplace. Examines the impact on the employer-employee relationship and provides guidance within the environment of employment law. Examines employment law as the crossroads of several legal disciplines: contract, tort, and agency, common law, regulatory, and statutory law, as well as social, economic, and political policy.
