CHEM 320 Inorganic Chemistry

3 credits, Spring (as needed)

Studies the structure and bonding of inorganic compounds. The course discusses crystal and ligand field theories, chemical applications of group theory, atomic and molecular structure, coordination chemistry, organometallic chemistry, and bioinorganic chemistry.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of "C" or better in CHEM 211, CHEM 211L and MATH 220
