REL 202 World Religions

3 credits, Fall and Spring

Surveys selected living religions and their practices and thoughts that have had a major influence on the development of world views. The course examines the impact religion has on certain aspects of our lives, such as politics, history, literature, and the arts. The course also seeks to provide the critical tools needed to determine and to evaluate religious influences.

Prerequisite(s): ENG 151 or equivalent (may be taken concurrently)
