CHEM 327L/BIO 327L Biochemistry

Focuses on using techniques in the laboratory to understand biochemical processes, and to perform, evaluate and communicate results of experiments in biochemistry. Laboratory techniques include enzyme isolation, chromatographic purification, characterization, spectrophotometry, protein quantification and molecular DNA techniques.
Prerequisite(s): A grade of "C" or better in CHEM 211, CHEM 211L, BIO 113, and BIO 113L
