LAW 305 Special Topics in Law

3 credits Fall or Spring

Examines areas of law of current interest not covered in other LAW courses. Emphasis will be placed on developing critical thinking and analytical skills through the study of special legal topics. Special topics will be selected based on current events, developments in technology, changes in the law, and employer needs. The course topic will differ with each offering of the course, and will be specified in the class schedule for the term offered. This course may be repeated, for credit, so long as the course topics are different.
