MATH 324 Theory of Numbers

Introduces the student to elementary number theory and its applications. Topics covered include properties of numbers, Diophantine equations, congruence, quadratic residues, and number-theoretic functions.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of "C" or better in MATH 220
