PHYS 216 General Physics II with Calculus 4 credits, Fall and Spring Introduces the fundamentals of electricity, magnetism, and optics. Topics include electrostatics, Ohm’s Law, magnetic fields, Faraday’s Law, AC circuits, Maxwell’s equations, wave motion, geometrical optics, diffraction, and interference.
